Description: Nuevo Sur is a mixed-use development in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León. It comprises 2,600 residential units, a hotel with 120 rooms; 47,000 m2 of office space and 38,000 m2 of space for the commercial area, all on a 16.5-hectare site. This development was awarded by the ICSC Gold Award Latinamerica as best mixed-use development.

We placed around 16 9m2 model MO-004 kiosks, which are ready to allow various uses within. These modules are delivered with their basic electrical installations, retractable awnings, glass doors with the possibility of placing steel curtains on their fronts. Both ceiling and floor can be registered for new installations, they have a locker for cleaning accessories.
